Refund Policy

At Plant It Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality services designed to grow your business. Your satisfaction is crucial to us, and we aim to ensure a positive experience with every project.
 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Cancellation:

    • If you cancel before work begins on a project, a full refund may be issued.

    • For cancellations after the project has started, refunds may be prorated based on the work completed.
       

  2. Dissatisfaction with Services:

    • If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we will first attempt to address the issue and provide revisions.

    • Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved, and the request is made within 14 days of the project’s completion.
       

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and products are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed projects where the scope of work was approved.

  • Digital products or templates that have been downloaded.

  • Marketing campaigns that have already launched.
     

How to Request a Refund

  • Submit your request in writing to info@plantitdigital.com with the following details:

    • Your name and contact information.

    • A description of the service or product in question.

    • Reason for the refund request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
     

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
